Lady On The Beach

Sarah, in her early 40s from the UK, has always enjoyed traveling without issues until her mid-20s, when dizziness started affecting her at theme parks. In 2018, after a series of activities in Jamaica, including sailing and a cable car ride, she experienced a severe imbalance that lasted for days. She later self-diagnosed with Mal de Debarquement Syndrome (MdDS) after research and joining an online support group. Despite seeing doctors, her condition was largely unaddressed. In November 2024, after another episode triggered by a flight, Sarah's father, a Hypnotherapist and NLP Practitioner, treated her, and her symptoms quickly disappeared. Relieved and confident, Sarah is now looking forward to traveling again in Spring 2025, knowing her father can offer remote support if needed.
